This year, Brighton Pride is excited to confirm its headline act, Australian pop princess, Kylie Minogue, who will be taking to the stage on the Saturday, August 3. This is one of the biggest pride celebrations to take place in the UK, and has previously welcomed the likes of big-name performers including Britney Spears, Ruby Rose, and the Pet Shop Boys. Later, the Brighton Pride Festival will illuminate Preston Park. This will be conveyed through various inclusions such as a 50 meter-long rainbow flag. Over 300,000 people will gather to watch and celebrate the floats and participants passing by. To honor 50 years since Stonewall, this pride will assume a global message of love, unity, and support for the worldwide LGBTQ+ community. It will set off from Hove Lawns at 11am, and pass through the city center. The Brighton Gay Pride Parade will take place on Saturday, August 3.
